Carieră
Debutul: Greg Gilado şi-a făcut mai întâi debutul în avocatură, fiind absolvent de Harvard, însă după ce a lucrat un timp ca avocat, a renunţat la acesta practică şi a început a face stand-up comedy, nedorind apoi să-şi mai amintească prea mult de perioada anterioară.

Evenimente notabile: În 2004 lansat în colaborare cu producătorul Lazyboy, melodia “Underwear Goes Inside the Pants”, ce a avut un foarte mare succes de-a lungul Americii.
A fost pentru scurt timp gazda “The Greg Giraldo Show”, ce avea un format asemănător cu al show-ului anulat “Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn”, la care dealtfel fusese un invitat permanent. Deasemenea a creat şi a jucat în mai multe episoade pilot de sitcom-uri pt NBC şi CBS, şi chiar pentru o scurtă perioadă a făcut un serial “Common Law”, la televiunea ABC, care în mare era bazat pe experienţa sa de la o firmă de avocatură din New York.
Mai multe apariţii la “The Late Show with David Letterman”, “Late Night with Conan O\'Brien” cât şi la “The Howard Stern Show” şi “The Opie and Anthony Show”. De asemenea a mai scris segmente pentru “Last Call with Carson Daly”.
Iar de curând apare la show-ul TV “Lewis Black\'s Root of All Evil”.
A fost una din gazdele “100 Greatest Stând-ups of All Time”.
Înafară de toate acestea, este un obişnuit al roast-urilor de la Comedy Central, până acum “prăjindu-I”pe Chevy Chase, Pamela Anderson, William Shatner, Jeff Foxworthy, Flavor Flav, şi Bob Saget.
